@Herothemiss: @Colbie22 @JustinMihaly If you can’t understand that, you do not understand why anyone has a coach for anything. Why does a sports team have a coach? Because he’s specialized in that field. The team knows he’s knows his shit and they have a shit to win. Same in bodybuilding.
