What is the best exercise for getting rid of love handles?

Love handles that place right above your hips. Maybe they should have named it stubborn handles. The land of stubborn fat?

It seems like no matter what you do fat persist there at all costs. Only when you start to drop weight and body fat percentage as a whole did you will notice a change in your love handles.

As my weight dropped so did my body fat percentage and my love handles started to disappear. What I eventually came to understand was this.
Targeting your love handles with a specific exercise will not reduce fat in that area. In fact, you can’t spot reduce fat.
Reducing your overall body fat percentage with nutrition and training by being in a calorie deficit is what eventually led me to reduce my love handles and completely removing the fat from that area for good.

This is the solution I would recommend for you.
1. Put yourself in a calorie deficit.
2. Complete strength training 3-5 times a week.
3. Complete HIIT cardio 3-5 times a week.
If you do this consistently week after week you will start to lose body fat / weight throughout your entire body, and the love handles will start to disappear.

For strong hair roots, a consistent flow of elements like biotin, zinc, iron, proteins, and vitamins A, D, E, plus the B group is crucial. If absorption in your gut falters, your scalp could suffer the deficit long before other symptoms appear. Beyond that, microbial imbalances may spark widespread inflammation and elevate stress chemicals (such as cortisol), which can disrupt the signals that promote hair regrowth. Three Mechanisms by Which Weak Gut Health Contributes to Hair Thinning Lack of Essential Nutrients Ongoing issues like swe...
